Wedding Wednesday’s are officially BACK as we are only a short 12 weeks away from the big day! I have to be honest, after postponing our wedding, I felt incredibly unmotivated to share anything wedding-related. If you are a Covid bride and have lost excitement towards your big day, trust me, it WILL come back. After being home for a week and meeting with many of our vendors and finalizing/changing some plans, I am officially in the “bridal state of mind” again!
Included with the “bridal state of mind” is ordering every white dress that I find on the internet. No, really…I think I ordered a total of 11 for the different occasions I have coming up: bachelorette party, bridal shower and rehearsal dinner. I have tried on my favorites for you here, and have also done my fair share of research in the white dress department for all of your bridal needs. Let’s start with this stunning dress! This is created by ASTR, which I have shared before is one of my favorite brands to find gorgeous dresses. I actually found this dress at Nordstrom Rack for under $50! I am wearing an XS and it fits like a glove! It is fully lined a very appropriate length for bridal showers or rehearsal dinners. Next is this darling daisy lace overlay short-sleeve dress by Cece. The color of this is ivory, so it is not pure white, but is still a gorgeous option for bridal showers! I am wearing a 0 and it fits true to size. The body of the dress is fully lined, and it hits right above my knees.
Next is this gorgeous Donna Morgan wrap dress that would be perfect for anyone “normal size”! For me personally, it is a tad too long for my preference (I am 5’2″ for reference). However, the material of this dress is lovely and I always love a pretty wrap detail. The dress is fully lined and would be perfect for a daytime bridal shower or any other bridal events!
Let’s hear it for the jumpsuits! This would be perfect for a bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, brunch the morning after…the possibilities for this gorgeous number are endless! This is a Maggy London jumpsuit and under $40! I am wearing a 0 regular and 4 inch heels…so this just touches the top of my feet! The top is a little large (I would need to take it in), but the waist and hips fit true to size. It is not see-through and has a zipper back. It is so comfortable to wear!
Last but certainly not least is the most beautiful jumpsuit I have ever laid eyes on…that was not made for petites! This Vince Camuto jumpsuit is seriously stunning. I am wearing a 0, and it is big on me, both in the inseam and in the top. This would be absolutely gorgeous on my middle height to tall friends! The bow detail is so feminine. This would be the perfect look for a rehearsal dinner or bridal shower!
